WYHA 2025-26 Tryouts: Mark Your Calendar!
Tryouts for the 2025-26 season will take place March 24-April 4 at BSI!
- The first night of tryouts is split alphabetically—you’ll receive an email with your assigned session for each night.
- Goalies must attend goalie tryouts on 3/24 in addition to their age-specific sessions.
- All players must be registered before tryouts if they plan to play on a coed team.

Goalies:
3/24 - 5:00 & 6:20 pm
+ age-specific tryouts (below)
Mites (2017 birth year and younger):
3/26 - 5:00 & 6:10 pm (5:00pm players A-J, 6:20pm players K-Z)
3/31 - 5:00 & 6:20 pm
Squirts (2015-2016 birth years):
3/28 - 6:10 & 7:20 pm (6:10pm players A-J, 7:20 players K-Z)
4/2 - 5:00 & 6:20 pm
Peewees (2013-2014 birth years):
3/26 - 7:20 & 8:30 pm (7:20pm players A-G, 8:30pm players H-Z)
4/3 - 6:20 & 7:30 pm
Bantams (2011-2012 birth years):
3/31 - 7:30 & 8:40 pm (7:30pm players A-L, 8:40 players M-Z)
4/4 - 6:20 & 7:30 pm
Midgets (2007-2010 birth years - split season):
3/25 - 8:40 pm
3/28 - 7:30 pm
Girls (U8, U10, U12, U14):
No tryouts will be held for this age group, but registration is required by April 1 for the 2025-26 season. There will be a free “preview skate" on 4/1 at 6:20 pm—feel free to invite friends from other towns that don't have girls-only teams in their programs. All girls under the age of 14 are invited to attend.
Girls (U19):
No tryouts will be held for this age group, but registration is required by April 1 for the 2025-26 season.
Additional Information:
- Girls can play on both a co-ed and girls-only team for a discounted rate (full tuition for primary team +20% for the second team).
- Tuition details for 2025-26 will be shared before roster spots are accepted.
- The Hockey Gear Proshop will have jersey and sock samples available during tryouts (orders must be placed by 5/7).
